Plain language, on purpose. By creating an account or using FSPN you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Everything FSPN produces — projections, rankings, odds, digests — is a statistical estimate for information and entertainment. It is not advice, and it is not a guarantee of any outcome.

Information only

Projections, matchup odds, rankings and digests are model output. Models are wrong routinely and sometimes badly. Nothing on this site predicts the result of any game, matchup or wager, and nothing here should be treated as a promise about what will happen on a football field.

Not gambling or betting advice

FSPN does not offer, facilitate or advise on betting, wagering, daily-fantasy entries or any financial decision, and must not be relied on for them. Where your fantasy play involves money, you are responsible for its legality in your jurisdiction. You must be 18 or older to use the service.

No guarantee of accuracy or availability

Our data comes from third parties — Sleeper, nflverse and others — that can change or fail without notice. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months (which is $0 on a free account).

Not affiliated

FSPN is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the NFL, any NFL team, Sleeper, ESPN or any league platform. Team names and marks belong to their owners.

Accounts and conduct

One account per person. Invite codes and API tokens are personal and non-transferable.
No scraping, resale or automated bulk access outside the documented API.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, other users or the rate limits.
You're responsible for what happens under your account — keep your credentials to yourself.

API and MCP access

Where your plan includes API or MCP access, its outputs carry the same information-only status as the site. You are responsible for what your own tools and agents do with the data. Rate limits apply and are part of these terms.

Paid plans

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods except where the law requires them. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Changes and termination

We can change these terms; when we do, the version stamp above changes and you'll be asked to review them at your next sign-in. We can suspend or end the service, and you can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules; any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California. Questions: support@fspn.ragealley.com.
